About

I'm an MD/MBA candidate at Wayne State University School of Medicine with a PharmD background and years of experience as a practicing clinical pharmacist. Before medical school, I worked in ambulatory care, managed complex medication regimens, and led interdisciplinary initiatives in opioid stewardship.

I've also been building clinical software since 2018, and began to deploy my work starting with The Virtual Clinic, an NLP-powered patient simulation tool that predated the current wave of large language models. That work continues today with CaseRounds, a voice-based AI surgical exam simulator, and other tools designed to make clinical education more accessible and effective.

My through-line is using technology to improve how clinicians learn and work. I'm particularly interested in AI-augmented medical education, clinical workflow optimization, and the intersection of healthcare delivery and software design.
